First, shave a 1 to 3 potatoes.
Next, sprinkle some salt and flour to soak up the water and to dehydrate the potatoes.
Once you feel that the potatoes does not contain much moisture in them.
Heat up your deep fryer and put the shaved potatoes in.
Once they turn golden brown, remove them and let them sit on some paper towels to soak up the excess oil.
pour vinegar and salt, and eat
