Because they do not consitute the majority of the population in Bradford. Bradford has around a 63% caucasian population and thus the remaining 37% are minorities.
In Leicester however it will soon be the case that (if trends continue) caucasians will be a minority as they will soon comprise a lower % than Asians.

Because Bradford have not got to grips with their own Council tax forms yet, so they are not in receipt of all the information that they need for a full and complete register of all the residents! - Unless it has perhaps slipped the minds of those people to actually return the Council tax register. There is always a problem at census time as well I believe!

I think that if you get up from the computer, go outside and just take a little walk-about, sort of a "lookee-see" you will discover that actually, Bradford sucks.
This is the cause of about 85% of the severe mental problems and stress from which you are suffering.
If you were to simply pack up yer things, move to Ixtapa-Zihuatenejo and get a new job as a host/hostess in a tourist hotel there, you would probably notice a remarkable shift in yer mental outlook within a month or so.........

I was reading on the net the other day that by the year 2020 half the children (50%) being born by the year 2020 in Holland would be of muslim descent.
Wocha reckon about that?
Bolton's just as bad as Bradford, makes me sick being a second class citizen in my own town but nevermind, all these disillusioned muslims who think that they will take over and rule the world one day I have 1 thing to say..........................
