You never know an answer until you ask the question, you just have to ask the right person, which in this case would be her.
Not an easy thing, I know. But I really don't see another way. Even were you to have someone else ask for you, she would still know it came from you. Looks better on you if you do the asking yourself.
Maybe you can print out your question and give it to her. Or e-mail it if you have her address.
