it should be FREE SOFTWARE & has small capacity. And i can put my websites in the folders. not disorganised.

Not just bookmarks, but a whole browser: Portable Firefox (-> http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable ). It works as advertised.

Yes dear, You can store all your web sites and important notes as well.
You can use it from any computer but u need to have internet connection only.

whenever i want to bookmark a site while using public pc... what i usually do is open my email add, compose message and paste all the url of the site and send it to myself :D
