I have a love bird and a cockatoo!
both are not cage confined! have full access to my house!
love my birds hate their poop

I used to have two Umbrella Cockatoos named Joey and Heather but I traded them to a breeder friend for an African Grey that I named Tamu, I gave my cockatiel to a friends little boy who just loved her. I had a green cheek conure and a ring neck parrot who are now in heaven.
Besides Tamu, the African Grey, I have a blue and gold Macaw named Maya, a yellow peach faced love bird named Baby, and a Sun Conure named "Sunny". Unimaginative I'm afraid, but he was already named when I got him.
We also have a miniature long hair dachshund and a grey short hair cat.
While I miss Joey and Heather, the family do not miss their strident calls!!!!!

I've got 3 large parrots: a small female Blue&Gold Macaw called Cocoa (I didn't name her!), a citron cockatoo called Angel (Although based on her behavior lately I'm thinking about renaming her Lucy - fer), an amazon parrot that's quite rare called Sampson (Sammy for short), 4 cockatiels dubbed Cookie, Pebbles, Rosie, and Crystal, a lovebird Peaches, a green African ringneck parakeet called Maxine, and...that's all! lol.

I have one cockatiel named Keona, one budgie named Zac, one Star Finch named Figaro, one Gouldian finch name Rupert, and two zebra finches name Cheep and Chirp. I also have a chinchilla name Nigel. I have friends that have 16 or more birds! Whoever said that dogs are mans best friend wasn't owned by a parrot!

An old lady come to the church man and tell him... father I need your help... I have two female parakeets and they only say: The Church man answer: well, we have to mail parakeets that read the bible all day long... why don't you bring your two females and put them together, so they all will learn to read the bible...?"
When they finally put them together the females said right away:"hello, we are prostitutes, do you wanna have some fun?"
Then one of the male parrots tell the other... bro, save your bible... our prayers where listen... the bitches are finally here!!!

I have a lovebird named xiao ching and a green cheek conure called bibi. Both are hand raised and very fun loving pets.
