You may be didn't install properly.Uninstall first, then install once again

Is the error a problem signing in. if it is I get that message and I've concluded that my anti virus has a privacy service which means i have to enter password to get on the net. Mean while messenger is trying to access before i put in the password thus the problem in signing in !

Dear uninstall it and then reinstall it if the problem still exist then try to use previous means old version of yahoo.
