If babies, mentally incapable and people who never heard of christ are exepmt from hell, why keep spreading the word. If no one knew about Christ, then we all be exempt from hell. But if you keep the word alive people will be damned to hell. What is the greater evil? Why give someone the opportunity to go to hell?

Makes you wonder, right?

There are too many loop holes in the Bible coming from something that is supposed to be all knowing and perfect.

And if it's not what it was intended to be by God because it has been translated, edited, and pieces have been left out by man, how can it be trusted now?

Jesus gave the mandate known as the Great Commission to go into all the world and preach the gospel so that all would know His truth. God has said that Jesus will not return until all have had an opportunity to hear the truth. As a Christian it is not my task to force this on anyone. Why do you seem to have such a problem with hearing about Christ when you don't seem to have a problem with hearing about other religions? Perhaps it's just more proof that the prophesy that Christians will always be persecuted is true! Your way of thinking is so convoluted.

People who are capable of rejecting or not rejecting are given a choice to receive Christ. You are not God nor am I are capable of judging and saying who goes and and who does not go in the final judgment day. Only GOD KNOWS! Opportunity is given to those who are open minded and are ready to receive Christ in their lives and not only Hell but Heaven also! You have a choice. People choose to abuse their freewill! God is not evil for his righteous judgment nor are the ones who spread the good news of Jesus Christ. The truth will make you free. God's word speaks plainly that unbelievers will perish because of their rejection of God and so do those who have tasted and seen that the Lord is Good but continue to live in sin daily. Christ life will be shared throughout the world!

I am not sure where you got your information, but the Bible teaches that ALL are accountable for the gospel. It does not exempt anyone. It also does not say only the innocent. In fact, the Bible teaches that "no one is good, no, not anyone." and that "all fall short of the glory of God". "The wages of sin is death, but the gift of life is a free gift from God." He decides who and when someone will enter into His eternal kingdom. The reason for evangelism rings similar to the answer of why do we pray? He commands us to "go out into all the world and share the gospel" that He has given us. It is our responsibility to share His grace, love and judgement that is pending. We don't know whom He has chosen, so we are to share it with all. We are not the ones who keep the Word alive, He is. So, it's an act of obedience that anyone shares the gospel and helps him increase the worshippers on His creation. That's a priviledge He has given us. Hope this helps.

The Bible does teach that people incapable of knowing right from wrong are "covered". They will not be held accountable. But, it does not teach that people who never heard of Jesus will not be held accountable.

The Bible teaches that nature attests to the fact of God's existance. Consider the tribes in the Amazon. Before missionaries began to reach out to them, they believed in a spirit world. They were misguided, however. They only knew of evil spirits that had to be appeased. The Bible also teaches that if a person chooses to look for God, then God will cause that person to find Him.

The Bible, also, teaches that our conscience testifies to the existance of God. It tells us right from wrong. Everyone who has the ability to understand the difference between right and wrong is, therefore, held accountable by God.

If we, Christians, fail to spread the word, then who will God use to reveal Himself and Jesus to the people who will look for Him? It is true that many people will not accept Jesus, but for the sake of those who will, the Bible commands us to spreading the word.

all have sinned and come short of the glory of God...& the wages of sin is death, nobody is exempted from hell except those who will have faith or believe Jesus Christ... if God doesn't want us to know about His love, then He should not sent His only Son- Jesus Christ to die for our sins...it will just be a waste of time...

The reason is its easier for people to get to heaven if they become christian, not necessarily though. And you get a more happy fulfilling life if you know the purpose and end of life.
And most of all our Lord commanded us to spread the word as you say.
btw What's your reason to spred your "word"?
