Well, using all caps to refer to it won't help; of that I'm sure!
Who says it's a problem? If you're sleeping with teens it may be a problem, but if you're sleeping with adult women, they've probably learned that the largest part of their pleasure doesn't come from the size of the insertable, but from the ability of their partner to pay attention to what pleases them and do it. Both in and out of bed.
There are some women (and men, but this isn't in the GLBT section, so I assume you're concerned about women) who prefer large penises. But I've been around a while, and have talked with a lot of my friends, and the size of the member is way down there on the list of what's important in a partner for most.
As far as sexual pleasure, if you're concentrating on how you measure up, you certainly aren't concentrating on what it is that you do with your fingertips that makes her throw her head back and shiver. Or on how long she needs to kiss and touch before she can hardly get your clothes off fast enough.
Really, when most women say size doesn't matter, they are telling the truth. (And for pleasuring a man orally, smaller is better!) But if it really drives you crazy, see a urologist. There are surgical ways to maker it bigger.

Best bet is to accept yourself as you are.
There is surgery, but from what I hear, it is not permanent, is frought with potential problems in the longer term, and in my opinion, better something that works then nothing at all right? I mean if you can use it, then thats better then a 12'' dong that is impotent (no offence to people going through this).
Also, if you are into girls, its good to know that women do not attach nearly as much importance to p enis size as we men do and during love making, you d ick is only one of the tools you have right?
So get over yourself and start enjoying life, and stop trying to enlarge your thing. :)

it's not the size of the boat, it's the motion In the ocean that counts but I've had a couple of male friends who have use the pump. They use it several times a week on a consistent basis and it swells the penis and suppose to enlarge it now for the length of your penis ask some one professional

as long as your not dealing with a whore you can work a 4 incher and you partner stills gets great satisfication like its a 8 incher believe me size aint nothing if you dont know how to use it
