Hello
Hep B is a sexually transmitted disease, you would be putting your boyfriend at risk. Talk to your doctor about what precautions you should be taking not to infect your friend. I would also make sure he knows the risk of contracting the disease. Hep B is also spread be contact with an infected persons blood, make sure you don't share razors, tooth brushes etc...If your not being treated for the disease go to a gastroentologist there are treatment that can slow down and in some cases put the disease into remission. Prolonging damage to the liver. Hope this helps

Acute hepatitis B is caused by a virus that infects the liver. If you have this disease, your blood, either fresh or dried, is highly contagious during four to six weeks before the symptoms of the disease appear and for a short time afterwards, because particles of the hepatitis B virus are already circulating in your bloodstream. The same precautions apply with hepatitis B. You should clean any blood stains with a germ killing detergent, do not share your tooth brush and razor blades with anyone with the disease, and avoid sexual contact with them.

You may also need regular tests to assess the state of your liver. This might include blood tests, an ultrasound or a FibroScan, which measures liver stiffness, and possibly a liver biopsy. This is to assess whether the virus is currently damaging the liver and how much damage has been done.
You can know more other ways to treat liver diseases, such as suitable diet, natural measures .you can refer to here to understand more:http://adola.net/go/fattyliver-bible/
