I just picked up a 23" HDTV Samsung LCD television last week at Circuit City for $675.

In india it is qite costly to buy a lcd tv. but in UAE it is the cheapest. an 21" tv ,sony, lg samsung it is around1000-1500 dirhams which mean 12000-18000 rupees .in india i have heard it is about 25000.
