If they are discrete spots they are called cherry angiomas.... basically not a disease... Its just aging of skin. They are nothing but tiny collections of dilated blood vessels. Dont worry too much about it.
To be sure meet your dermatologist.

You really should go to a doctor though
Things like that can get extremely serious
When you go be ready to tell him or her

Who you've been with and where you've gone for the past week or so.
What you've eaten that is out of the ordinary for the past few days.
What kinds of lotions and creams you are using.

Maybe an allergic reaction to something especially if there is itching ,swelling and redness , otherwise look at any other symptons that may be developing or else it could be dermatitis. Which is an allergic reaction again to jewellery or products etc

The ones on my arms (had maybe 30 of them) are going away, theyve kind of turned into little tiny scabs. But now I just noticed I have a new bright reddish pink one on my abdomen. I think they are probably what sparky said

it's just a heat rash, don't worry it's nothing too serious, but if it doesn't go totally away within 2 wks go see a doctor because it might be something more.

It may just be from rubbing if it's itchy. Take an antihistamine and see if that helps.
