I think having to GO PEE is the worst feeling,.. holding it holding it,. BUT then when U finally go,.. Awwwww that has to be the best!!!! Just flowing,.. the sound is even good,.. the longer the more relief!!!! Emm kinda gross but true ;)

I think the same can be said for holding in a particularly robust quantity of diarrhea, but letting it go is priceless. That lovely empty feeling in your middle when it's finally gone is bliss.
