Tell her that you don't feel comfortable with it. If you like each other, this is something you should spend time discussing. Just be straight with her and say, well baby, I think that wanking off in front of you is hard because (I think it's gross, I'm embarrassed, I don't feel comfortable, etc.) You are so beautiful and I'm in love with you, and what we have is about honesty and trust.
