You have to download and install Swf2Exe from http://www.apecsoft.com/SWF2EXEsetup.exe
It's free of charge.

Its easy.. Open file in Flash go to File >> Publish Settings.. From there choose or tick mark the windows projector option. Now Publish it.
You will find two files in output directory one swf and other exe.

open .swf file
go to file in menubar
then click on create projector
and save with a name

U can use Dreamweaver Flash software to convert.
In PUBLISH movie option please select EXE, then it done.
