Windows Media Player has it built in, in version 7 or later. Just click on Burn to CD, then select the 10 or 12 songs you want on the disk. Then tell it to burn.

If your using media player 10, and you want to use mp3 format go to
Tools>>options rip music and set it to rip MP3 at the smallest size which is 128kbps. this will enable any future music you burn from Cd's to be mp3 and not wma.
When you click on the burn tab and insert a blank disc you can set the options you require and drag and drop the music across.
if you get stuck press the F1 key for help and type in a relative word
good luck

if you mean burning mp3 files from your pc to a disc, nothing much than to copy and paste, or drag and drop, the files (mp3's) to your disc using a cd or dvd writer. all cd and dvd writers come with a program for copying or burning, like nero, roxio, sonic and a lot more.
happy burning!
