Be a third person and try to analyze your behaviour from others eyes.
Start practicing at home.Try to be good and patient ,be it your pet, your maid. When you are irritated ,close your eyes wait and then politely respond. We all are upset at times and it lingers in our minds so this mood we pass on to others. In such situations you should take up a hobby, listen to music, introspect, meditate, let go some times and take everything in your stride
It helps.
I hope this helps you...

You can't really get rid of it. But i would start with finding a new hobby. And stop writing so much on the computer. Do physical activities with your friends. Set a goal for yourself to only stay on the computer for two hours then cut down every month. It could save you a few bucks on the electric bill!!! ;). Basically find something else to do, if you can't look at what movies are coming on, what events that sound kinda cool. Be out there instead of inside here.

Sounds a bit like me. Even if other people think it's only minor anger, you should seek anger management, and counselling for stress.
Everyday routine to maintain the best body for coping with emotional stress include: exercise (walk), healthy diet, lots of water, relaxation methods incl. meditation, yoga etc.
Hope this helps. The counsellor may be able to suggest things that are best suited to your needs. All the best mate.

they're teasing you to get the reactions your giving. Your entertaining them. Best to not react at all and not to let it bother you. If you have no reaction and time goes by, they won't gain anything by teasing you anymore and they will get bored, find another victim and stop bothering you.
