If you're out of developmental age and still getting mad without good reason you could have a chemical imballance thats making it hard to control your emotions. Or you could have a psychological issue that's affecting your judgement. If you realize your anger is irrational it's more likely Chemical.
You should decide if you can function this way. If you find that your anger is affecting your relationships or career you need to see a psychologist. If you feel that you can live with your anger you might look into anger management techniques until you level our or reach the point where you need professional help.. I used to have the same problem. The tinniest little thing and I would be yelling at people. I was diagnosed with depression and given medication to help stabalize my mood swings. I found that it has helped conciderably. Depending on your age and what kind of stress you are under you may want to talk to your doctor and they may reccomend something for you like anger management, counselling or medication .
