Its partly true and partly false - archaeology is the double-edged sword that shows what part of it is true and what part of it isn't. I saw a letter from a lady in a newspaper that said that "archaeology proved the bible (to be true)". She was half-right. There is so much historical distortion of biblical record that only archaeology can really come up with a definitive response as to what is true and what isn't.

I AM NOT A RELIGIOUS FANATIC NOR A BIG BELIVER, BUT I AM SURE THAT THIS WILL HAPPEN, and you should read some holly books not only the bible but Bhagavad Gita, Talmud, Quran and get the science behind cause it will be destroyed first.
