I think what your saying (that was confusing) is that your ear is swelling and the jewelry is sinking into the ear? First as soon as you can get to a piercing studio and get some decent jewelry-I'll assume you got this done with a gun, those studs as your finding out are entirely to short. STOP putting ointment on there, it's suffocating a healing wound. If you read the box any ointment comes in, it says not for puncture wounds-a piercing is a puncture. Also there is NO need to spin the jewelry and will infact damage the healing tube of skin that the jewelry sits in (called a fistulla) the post will not heal to your ear. Use 1/4tsp of sea salt (at the grocery store) mixed in 8oz warm water and soak your ear for 10minutes twice a day. If you need more help please contact me.

next time please dont have it done with a gun...these problems aside the gun CANNOT be in any way properly cleaned

Theres nothing you can really do. The earring the pierce you with is extra long to give room for swelling. Keep puting the oitment on it and keep twriling it. Once you can change your earrings, change them to a standard size and you should be fine! Hope you feel better! good luck!
