I went through this same thing with my wife. I came right out and discussed it with her. After the discussion she got a little braver everytime we had sex. She took it at her own pace and did go down on me, however she would not swallow. You have to have open communication. She has to know what you want and what is expected of her. Do not put high expectations on her. If she says no, then thats it.
