Yes all animals can hear. Its only the frequency that differs. Dogs and cats for example can hear sounds that humans cannot hear. But all animals can hear sounds.

well....some animals have ears to sense noise, others (insects) have antenae, so I guess yes all animal hear

some have selective hearing.. like cats... I call for my roomates cats and they only repsond half the time,.. damn catz!
