Be friends and respect what she is doing, maybe you can start dating after she has completed her mission if there is mutual interest, but do not pressure her into doing anything she either does not want, should not, or can not do at this time. I wish you luck!

what's an lds? nevertheless, missionaries are people too. why don't you just treat her like ordinary folk and just start off being friends?
