CHILLI PANEER RECIPE

2 tsp Salt
1 Egg
1/2 cup Corn Flour
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
2 cups Coarsely Chopped Onions
2 tbsp Sliced Green Chillies
1 tbsp Soya Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
1/4 tsp Ajinomoto
Oil for frying
Little Water



How to make chilly paneer:


Cut the paner into cubes.
Mix together the cottage cheese, 1 tsp salt, egg, corn flour, garlic, ginger and water to just coat the paneer pieces with the mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the paneer pieces caoted with mixture till golden in color.
Heat 2 tbsp of the oil in a wok and stir fry the onions in it over high heat for half a minute.
Add the green chillies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, ajinomoto and the fried paneer cubes.
Mix well, and garnish the chilli paneer with finely cut spring onions and coriander.

Chilli Paneer

Ingredients

250 gm Paneer
2 big Onions
2 big Capsicum (simla mirch)
2 tsp Soya Sauce
1 tsp Vinegar
2 Green Chillies
Salt and Black Pepper to taste

Method:


Cut onions and capsicum into long pieces.
Fry 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a big pan and add green chillies.
Then add onions in oil and fry them for a while.
Now add capsicum and fry them together. When they are cooked, add all the ingredients except paneer.
Mix them well and again cook for 5 minutes. Now add Paneer and cook for another 5 minutes.
You can add more Soya sauce and vinegar if you like.

for the simplest and easy to make chilli paneer you will need:
cooking oil (refined)
onions
green chillies
capsicum
button mushrooms
ginger garlic paste
soya bean sauce
vinegar

cut paneer into cubes,then fry it in hot oil for 7-8 minutes until golden brown and keep aside.
heat oil and fry the onions and green chillies for 3 minutes.then add ginger garlic paste.
add chopped capsicum and the button mushrooms.
add salt and let it simmer while you keep stirring for 5 minutes.
add a dash of vinegar and soya sauce.
then add the golden fried paneer and put the lid for 10 minutes.

panner-100gms[cut into small piece] slicedonion-1 sliced capsicum- 1 corn flour-11/2 tbsp slited green chillies-5to6 little tandori color soya sauce-11/2tsp chilly sauce-1tsp salt to taste vinegar-1/2tsp oil to fry gingergarlic paste -1tsp In a small bowl put panner,corn flour,color,paste, salt & sprinkle water. mix it well. dip fry it.In a pan put little oil fry onion,caps,g.chilly,then add all sauces& salt .Then add fried panner. Sprinkle little water. Serve hot.
