Im stumped on two counts with this question. For one thing I dont know the answer, but i also cant think of a way to get the word "vaseline" in this answer...oh hang on, i just did.
Oh wait a sec....there is one, The Lemon Plaice in Highfield of Hemel Hempstead, there is a slightly dodgy pub accross the road and they dont like the drunkards going in there to get chips and a battered sausage, so they close early on Friday and Saturday.

Yeah - all those ones along the motorways you get that sell fried breakfasts. There is one on the A59. They sell take away food and close around 4pm every day including friday. Also the chip shop on knaresborough road in starbeck closes around 9m on friday (although the balti house next door is open till midnight).

I think the Burger King at Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth closes before 10.

yes they is a fish and chip shop in tynemouth (7 mile from newcastle upon tyne )that shuts 9pm every weekend and even earlier in the week it is called Marshall's and its on front street next to all the pubs it a really busy one as well they is about 8 pubs on front st closing between 11 & 1 am busy place only one other take away and it only sells pizzas nothing else
