i love both. yoga is very calming for me. i have a dvd at home that i use every day. i dont do anything crazy, i go to class for that. but it has a really great meditation section where you just sit and try to clear your mind. its very relaxing.
and for the other thing, hells yes. i love it :) and both at the same time is insane!

You should ask Ricky Williams... nothing beats buddha though. Maybe doing Yoga while blasted will give you complete inner peace!

depends on what your looking for.when i smoke weed it opens my mind,i can read and read and for the first time in my life,it goes in!!!!!!i love my yoga aswell,but the to at the same time?? mmm.....take some munchies with ya...good luck to you my new friend.always look out for others.peace an love.kev uk

Sounds good, but I wouldn't be able to do that. I'd have to break poses constantly to get a drink. Cottonmouth.

I seem to "bend" better on the weed....as for yoga, can't get high of it....rest my case.
