Butter, s - cream, salt, (yes, salt's a topping to me), real bits of bacon, chedd, and of course the chivers. a little pepper.
Orrrrr........ you cooouuuullld....
take all the potato's guts out and mix them with a bunch of Hellmans mayo and/or sour cream and some onion and salt, then put back into potato skin halves and top with chedd and bacon, then bake in oven some more

1. Boursin (herby garlicly cream cheese), all mashed in and topped with cheddar and spring onions; 2. smoked mackerel, cottage cheese and sweetcorn; 3. baked beans and buttery fried mushrooms; 4. corned beef, fried onions and tomato ketchup (a minority taste I'm sure, but curiously satisfiying on a wet winter evening when no-one else is watching.)

i couldn't have one without tuna and mayonnaise, but if we have a BBQ, my fiance does gorgeous ones, he cooks them, then scoops out the potato, mixes it with butter and then grates some cheese, mixes it all in and then puts it back in the potato skin, and then sticks it back on the BBQ for a couple of minutes while the cheese melts. naughty but nice.

Grated cheese, grated carrot, chopped onion mixed together with mayo Yum Yum. Also nice on sandwiches.

i like to cut onions,garlic,tomato(de seeded) and capsicum very finely. slice the spud open positioned filling interior the middle authentic with grated cheese and bitter cream. a sprint dry fried(crispy) Sir Francis Bacon or salami can upload a sprint crunch.. yummmmmmy :)

Hot Hot chili and a sprinkle of mozzarella and cheddar..yummy!
Or Cream cheese and chives mixed with peppers and onions with 2 strips of bacon...mouth watering...
