I would get out of the bathtub to take a piss. I normally take a piss as part of my pre-bathing routine. I would not get out of the shower to take a piss and i wouldn't get out of a swimming pool.

Out of the bath, out of the shower yes. I wouldn't want to bathe in my own piss and I wouldn't want to stand in it.
