i`m a guy from india loving a girl but she doesnt know that and i fear that whether she will love me or not.. what to do??

Tell her how do you feel.
Tell her that you will understand if she doesn't feel the same and that you know that in that case she might feel awkward, but that you need to let her know.
Tell her that you don't want to lose her, that you would like, love her to be more than just a friend, but that you can accept friendship if she doesn't feel the same way.
But, you have to know that she might not be able to stay friend with you after that. You must be aware that with your confession you may lost her.

Don't tell her. If she likes you, she'll go out with you regardless. If she doesn't like you, she'll freak out. Just do small talk with her and flirt a bit and she'll likely gave you signals rather she likes you or not. And for God's sake, don't act like a fool around her. Be cool, be smooth, and THINK three times before you said anything.
