No, the first and the third means the same thing. they means where did you go this weekend. and the second one means where will you go this weekend.

I assume the questions are asking someone where he went this weekend. The hanyu pinyin should go like this:

Zhe ge zhoumo ni dao na qu le?
Zhe ge zhoumo ni qu na le?
Zhe ge zhoumo ni qu le na?

The three sentences all mean the same thing.
