Yes, yes, yes. There is no place in Turkey that you cannot reach by bus. Every small village has a bus service. The airport will have transportation to the main bus station, the otogar. From there, believe me, you can go to the far end of Turkey. Neither Bodrum nor Marmaris is far away. You'll be there in no time.

yes there are bus services to bodrum center for 7YTL (~ €4.5)
