Hey, im 5'10(177cm), I weigh 125Ibs(56kgs). I want thicker legs and I lift 46Ibs(21kgs) at home. and I do about 3 sets of 30 reptitions. This weight feels heavy for me but im still wondering if this weight is way too little to add some muscle??????

If by "thicker legs" you mean more muscle mass, I would stay on the same schedule of weights you have now but once a week add 10-15% of weight to what you do now and do lower reps, This shocks your muscles into expanding which will build muscle. Dont forget to give your legs 1-2 days a week to rest that way they can stretch and make room for the size increase.
