I have a question for Christians.?

Question

Do you believe in Dinosaurs? We pretty much have proof that they existed like 60 million years before humans. So how is it that in the creation story, God created man after just a few days of creating earth? Where were the dinosaurs?

I don't want anything from the bible, I want a resonable explanation please.

In all seriousness, dinosaurs are probably real, they just aren't important enough to have a book dedicated to them in the Bible. The Bible doesn't include details on every single thing that has ever happened in the history of the universe, just the important parts about GOD's plan for humanity.

Don't listen to people about the flood. There never was a flood. If there had been a flood of the magnitude described in the bible, there would be consistent evidence beyond any shadow of a doubt that it occurred. However, the Earth shows absolutely no evidence for a flood of the size suggested in the bible.

Also, the fish fossils on the tallest mountains are because the mountains used to be under water. They don't understand plate tectonics. Tectonic plates gradually moved into each other under water and created mountains millions of years ago. This is actually what happened with Everest.

Also, if one day to god IS 1000 to us, it still makes no difference. The dinosaurs were here up to 60 million years ago, and go back hundreds of millions of years.

And carbon dating is NOT faulty... Whoever suggested that it is is purely in denial...

Since carbon-14 decays relatively rapidly, other isotopes with longer half-lives are more often used to date fossils.

Because the rate of decay of a radioactive element is constant, scientists can use the amount of radioactive element remaining in a rock or fossil to determine its age.

well i read this book called the bible code and the details of which are too much to get into as far as the nature of the book

long story short aparently god slayed the beast before mans creation the beast is dinosaurs is the argument they make and by slay i assume they mean toss a meteor at the earth

yeah, giant lizards. They were normal reptiles that grew large because of the better atmopshere. They grew giant with small ribcages. All life lived longer and became giant before the flood, even humans. Dinosaurs went on the Ark, they just looked like lizards though. I say humans killed off most of the species.
Another theory is that the pre-flood people had advanced techology and practiced biological engineering.

yes dinosaurs did exist but they were extinct with the noah's time flood of forty days & forty nights. that's why because of the water pressure which took many days to evaporate, today scientists tells us that dinos are very old. because they are aged according to the earth pressure on them.(fossils) there are many christians scientists who prove this. THe purpose of the dinos was to fertilize the soil,so when man did show up things would be all pretty and green.And who do you think made all the roads?God had a purpose for everything,and they are mentioned in the Bible,they are called mammoth.One day is a thousand years to God.

Not stumped...sorry Rogue. Look at the Book of Job 40:15-23
It clearly describes the behemoth with the tail like a cedar. No hippo or horse or anything has a tail the size of a cedar tree.

This creature is described as Behemoth..feeds on grass..carries his tail like a cedar...bones like bronze...frame like iron...came at the beginning of God's ways...produce of the mountains are brought to him (big)...If the river grows violent, he is not disturbed...this is clearly talking about a massive animal.

Oh yea....it has recently come out that carbon dating methods are faulty and there is no possible way we can accurately date something back 60 million years. That is not theology but proven scientific fact. For you to believe that takes as much faith as I use to believe the Bible.

In the bible, I know you said no Bible but hear me out, it talks about dragons which could be interpreted as dinosaurs.
