Someone said is the lunges that makes you fit but I know that when you are fit your heart bup faster for your lunges to works that when your lungs bup.Please help.

Fitness means ... a healthy physio-psychological status
Well ... its a combination of healthy heart, lungs, muscles, liver,kidneys ... etc. all the organs work in co-ordination to bring energy to the brain, heart, muscles ... etc.
so its not only one organ responsible
so dear friend, you can be fit by exercising about 15 minutes everyday, eating healthy food, stop smoking, consuming
So cardio-vascular reflex including the lungs, start to work faster when the body is in need of more energy, and eventually heat rate and respiratory rate will decrease with increasing fitness, thats to say the rates will decrease after being real fit, like the athletes.
moderate quantities of alcohol... and believing you will reach your goal ...
and also it depends on the age, and health status ...

when your heart beats faster while your doing an activity, its because your bringing in more oxygen and the blood in your body is pumping faster to your heart and circulating throughout your body so its a good thing the faster your heart rate the better
