It does not make you taller, but it does lengthen your muscles & make you feel taller. It streghten your bones and muscles, correct posture, and increase your energy level, which is better than nothing.

It will make you appear taller as you gain muscle tone and appear slimer, also your posture gets better. So the short answer is it makes you look taller without making you taller but forget about yoga, get shoes with a heel. It's so much easier.

no.. the only thing that can make u taller is steroid injection.. its a gauranteed cheez.. thats y its banned in US and Europe.. they'll ban anything that can make u tall and wont let any1 to do research on it.. thats the reason y they've invented aids vaccines but have'nt found any dwarfishness solution yet..
by the way if u r going to take steroids take it with the help of a doctor who wont tell police about it and will help u honestly on that bcuz wrong use of steroids can lead to many consiquences.. b careful..
