It is a phase all guys go through. They will come around in a few years when it is cool to be with a girl.

European men, while not completely devoid of prejudice, have not been indoctrinated in the ways of our racist American culture. Therefore, if they see someone they like they aren't afraid to express it. The lad may have just been being friendly or he's a flirt. OK, either way. As for American "white" males, they aren't as likely to admit their attraction for fear of being harassed by males on both sides of the racial divide. Don't lose heart if that is what you are attracted to though. When you mature you'll be able to find open minded men of that persuasion who are no longer afraid. It's other motives you'll have to watch out for then.

Sadly, when some guys are that young, they are full of themselves and immature. They're just not going to turn out all that great. Take a lesson and example from people like that, and see how you don't want to be. Take this from a 21 year old girl who was constantly made fun of when she was younger for being a little overweight.
I look great now though :P

They just haven't been brought up correctly. I've only told one woman to get the (bleep) out of my life that that's only because she almost got to "stalker" level.
14 year-old boys are ignorant. They're not stupid, just uneducated and inexperienced. Don't take it too personally. Pity them now, be understanding, then keep an eye out for the boy that's already learning how to respect women.
