You are not supposed to put your hands on a female. Now that being said, if she puts her hands on you and puts herself in a males place well then....But words are just words, so let it go. Maybe you should get some anger management classes, becuase you shouldn't want to beat somebody that bad!!!!! Also, have you tried talking to her??You did not say where you know her from or when you two are around each other, if it is a school thing you need to talk to a teacher the principal or the counselor so that they can play mediator. Also, you can go to jail even though you are minor. Nobody can tell you what to do, but these are some things to consider before you decide to do anything.

Ok, I would definitly not beath the hell out of her, that will just get you in trouble. You need to talk to this girl and tell her that you don't like the crap shes been saying about you. If she is too imature to even take some concideration for what you have to say, than I would do something to get even with her. Maybe not nessarally beating the hell out of her, but maybe just pushing her around a bit, and showing her that you can play the same game shes playin. Good Luck!!

I dont know the situations details but fighting or harming someone else is NOT the way to go. Confront her, but not physically. if its talking trash and gossip thats the problem 9/10 will try to back peddle out of watever they said if you come and bring the issue right to their face. Ask her why shes doing it and basicallly tell her off. But if you choose to get over gossip, then no one cares. Cause people are only interested when you are too
