i read on the internet that it was ok to drink your own pee and i did that. So i inextricably reasoned that it was ok to eat your own poop but since i did that i have a bad sore throat - i dont have the money to c a doctor what should i do

I know this has to be a joke, but ecoli bacteria comes from poop and people have died from that. Why on earth would you want to do something like that, even if it is just a joke? As far as your sore throat, maybe you should drink some more pee to wash the poop down.

I wont' tell you to drink gasoline because you probably will.
The best thing you can do is take warm water, add some salt, mix well and gargle for 20 seconds. Spit out and don't rinse. Do this 3 times a day.
You could also gargle Listerine, that stuff gets rid of bad breath and it will get rid of a sore throat too. Spit out and don't rinse. Repeat twice a day or so.

get some common sence for one thing....drink a lot of water, and juice, take some vitamins, eat some good solid food, you will be ok in a day or two...but you'll still be a little stupid...
