O.K. let's take a long hard look at the question you just asked.....If the person is a "tattle tale" then obviously that's a defect that they have right? Well to me, it stands to reason that this person is unable to stop running their mouth no matter what the consequences would be; so how would u expect them not to still tell; even with the threat of harm being brought to them. Most people who gossip, or are always spreading things whether they're true or not, are basically busy bodies who don't want to look at how out of control their own lives are so they have to redirect their focus and put it on someone else's life.......Even the Bible talks about these type of people at Proverbs 25:9....read it....

Not really; only when scr*w-ups like you are crossing the line! If you are just being a small time school yard bully, not many of the other kids care, they just ignore you. Why bother about telling teacher?
But, if you bring a gun to school and someone told on you, they wouldn't be an "everyday tattle tale" , they would be doing a valuable service. So your question is as immature as you.

If I was a garden-variety, everyday tattle-tale; No Way! Kids tattle to revel in watching the other get punished. This way they can, smugly, rub the others nose in it!
This is why I am saddened every time someone is executed. Yes, I want justice. But I get no joy from the death of anyone; even if it were the death of a monster like Osama.
