There is no best breast size. All women are not the same size so picking one size would be nuts.

I like a full B cup on a petite girl...thats the best for me, anything more than a mouthful is a waste...just make sure they're perky, and the nips are hard...pinch and squeeze plz.

34B is just about right. looks and feels nice without attracting too much attention to them.
but it really depends on your body type.
for a woman of about 5'4", 34B would be just right, while 34-35-C would be very very sexy.
