I need help figuring out the inner dimension from point of triangle to middle of lower line?

I am making a net to hang stuffed animals from one corner of the ceiling, and need to know what the inches would be between the center point of the triangle if two sides are 5' and the longer side is 7'. This will be for my grandchild's room. Thanks!

I am buying the material shortly, and do not want to cut the net short in depth, so need to know what the depth would be before making that mistake!
