It could be fun .. and its bonding time with her and the kids. Have a blast.. but don't pout when they are shopping. Nothing worse then a person pouting when trying on clothes.

No its a Saturday been to work all week ?? have the day off let them go out and shopping. After all you will spend most of the day stood outside the ladies changing rooms , which is usually in the same area as the underware section and you will stand there trying not to look at other women buying skimpy bits of underware that you partner would never buy !!

Definitely not.

The definition of shopping varies, dependent on whether you are male or female.
If male, going shopping means going to buy something.

With three females having their own definition of shopping, there are only two things for you to do

1)Open your wallet
2)Act like a donkey carerying their things, if they actually succeed in buying something.

I would reckon alternating between watching paint dry and watching grass grow would be about 500 times more interesting than going shopping with three women. I'm amazed that you even had to ask the queation

Absolutely not. What sort of a man would that make you?
Refuse, and not even politely, and you will never be invited again.
That way you avoid turgid days trawling around clothes shops and furniture warehouses.
Let them buy your clothes and wear them, no matter how inappropriate they are.
Stay at home or go to the shed and do something you like.
The womenfolk will respect you for it.
I am sitting here in Tesco jeans and a stripey polo-shirt and I couldn't give a monkey's.
Neither should you.
Solidarity brother, solidarity.

You should share some time with them - but shopping, that is sharing being pushed to it's limits. I would rather walk around Manchester with a nail in my shoe than shop.
