Exodus 20;
2. I am the Lord thy God, who brought thee out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. 3. Thou shalt not have strange gods before me. 4. Thou shalt not make to thyself graven things, nor the likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or in the earth beneath, nor of thos things that are in the waters under the earth. 5. Thous shalt not adore them, nor serve them: I am the Lord thy God, mighty, jealous, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, 6. and showing mercy unto thousands to them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Is it possible that Saul made the massive mistake of creating a cult who deliberately flaunted the First 2 Commandments, creating the worship of a god before their true god? Did Saul create, in his establishment of his new cult a "likeness" unto god, in violation of verse 4? Is the worship of Jesus a violation of verse 5, "worship and adore" another before god?

There is not a SINGLE verse in Bible where Jesus said "I am god" or he said "Worship me".
What did God mean when he said "Let us create a man in our image"? He meant someone with free will who is responsible for his own action and WHO DID HE CREATE? Adam was the first man.

Now let's come to NT, there are about 30 verses most people use in their failed attempt to prove Jesus is God.
Knowing that Adam is the first man or the "Man", let's read the NT to see if Jesus ever claimed to be God.
In the 4 Gospels, I have counted Jesus calling himself "Son of Man" 83 times. He used the term "My Father in Heaven" 13 times and first time he used this term AFTER he used "Your Father in Heaven" 8 times!!!

John 10:30: "I and Father are one"
Did Jesus really mean that he and God are one person or "God"?
Let's read the whole context which starts from John 10:23 and goes all the way to John 10:39 and then see if Jesus claimed himself to be God or a messenger of God.

Calling yourself makes someone God?
If that is true then I hate to break it to you that there are "Sons of God" in Bible by the TONS.

I am working on a website where I will explain each and every verse that some people use in their failed attempt to prove something that is not true.

That would mean that Jesus allowed people to commit the same error wouldn't it?

Mat 28:9 And behold, Jesus met them and said, "Greetings!" And they came up and took hold of his feet and worshiped him.

Mat 14:33 And those in the boat worshiped him, saying, "Truly you are the Son of God."

Luke 24:51 While he blessed them, he parted from them and was carried up into heaven. 52 And they worshiped him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy, 53 and were continually in the temple blessing God.

properly, i imagine you're on the right song. Paul became God's chosen vessel to take the gospel to the Gentiles (Acts 9:15). Paul did write 1/2 of the hot testomony. we do not particularly recognize a lot about the different Apostles-they sometimes ministered to the Jews. for my area, i imagine that Christians Bible scholars spend too a lot time interior the gospels and by no ability sufficient in Paul's writings.

Great question!

It is easily answered though.

Also in Genesis, God said "let US make man in OUR image". Who do you think he was refering to?

Who do you think was being refered to hundreds of times in the OT when the prophets wrote about the coming Son of God?

In John, Jesus says he was before Abraham.

Jesus says and demonstrates that He IS GOD!

"My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me" (John 17:20-21). Did Jesus say that He was God? Yes! Amen!

No, simply due to the fact that Jesus Christ IS God. Sir the N.T. is filled with proof of Christ's deity. The O.T. as well. So the answer to your question is an emphatic NO.

If Paul made a mistake, his writings would not have been included in the canon of New Testament scripture.
