Yes - yourself! Do you really want to lose the weight? Can you close your eyes and see yourself thin? Are you ready to do it?

I think someone has to help you to motivate yourself. I suggest chatting with others who have lost weight and are eager to share their experiences, or go through some detailed testimonials and you will soon start to feel that "you can do it" and it just happens.
I would always say that I would go on a diet some day and that some day never came. Just recently some co-workers started up an office pool to see who could lose the most weight by Thanksgiving. For me, the competition was enough motivation to jump start the diet and have lost 13 pounds in 26 days, and at this rate should lose 50 pounds, just for bragging rights. Motivation comes from unusual sources sometimes! but oh how I miss my big honking plate of Lasagna.

If you are the type of person that requires feedback, then yes. Otherwise, remember that the most important person you would be doing ANYTHING (including weight loss) for would be yourself.
External inspiration may be NEEDED by some, but internal strength and dedication to hard work will get anyone through just about anything.

Hi
No all you need is a plan which is inspirational like this one so here goes,
If you are serious about losing weight, the calories in the food you eat should be less than the energy you use. You will have to increase your metabolic rate now, and plan your diet carefully.
Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://tinyurl.com/m7ckx
Good luck
