Yes, and God was always there to guide me through it. Those were the times when my faith grew ever stronger.

Of course. And I fought with God for a long time. Now I really would like to get God again, but after I watched a Richard Dawkins' documentary about Religion: the Root of all Evil, I can't make myself do it. So I am facing the tough times without the benefit of divine aid.

Life is very, very tough, more so for some than for others. Some people are fated to die, or to suffer. Try to live, and try to be happy. Good night, and good luck.

I did at 16. I left home young because of family difficulties. I also went through it again at 20 (a year ago).

You've just gotta keep friends close and never stay alone. Always talk to people about your feelings etc.

Yes. I have been a Christian a long time and I have come to know that this is a normal part of life, part of living out our faith. Struggles and doubts are sure to come. But don't see these times as failures of faith, it's all part of the journey. The wilderness times as well as the easy times are times that bring us closer to God. Don't let anyone tell you it's wrong to have these times, or that they mean you are weak in faith. Even Jesus struggled in the garden at Gethsemane.

Yes, brutal for long years. I wonder there was not enough reason for the sufferings. But all doors shut to me, friends become enemies, no relatives.

Yes, I have.

The Christian God has carried me through such periods.

He has the power to do the same for you.
