When i apply to a college, will this job help them determine to accept me or not? I only work with the charts at the pediatricions.

I do not know what charts you are working with, but working with a pediatrician is not of much help. However if you can observe the mother`s age, method of confinement, sibling history, occupation of parents you will learn something .

I think you should concentrate more on your spelling and grammar before you look into a profession like psychology.

Not really. Whatever job you hold has no impact on whether a college will accept you for a specific major.
