Are you fear of what..what are you afraid of? sorry to answer your question with question. If you fear to face crowd..you mean are you fear that the crowd will trample you or you're afraid that they might do harm to you or something else. If you're afraid of driving lonely what are you afraid of?...you're fear that you will crash or if the car will just stop itself for no reason. I'm sorry I must know what are you afraid of.
If you would have known Jesus Christ, He can drives your fear away. Maybe you need somebody to love you. Because love drives out fear as the Bible says. And God is love.

Force yourself to face your fears. Do it with a smile on your face. Have some fun with it:
Fear of crowds - imagine them all in their underwear.
Fear of driving - pretend you are on an amusement park ride.
Fear of being alone - imagine you are surrounded by all those you love and have a conversation with them.

u fear being alone, or have no confidence when alone. so try from the most simple things. do it alone, when then move on a bit at a time. ur confidence will slowly get better and u will be alright.. but it needs practice, and the confidence to try it.

Confronting the fear and overcoming it gives a great feeling, but its hard to do. Somehow force yourself to do the thing you are afraid of.

I would have to say logical conclusions are always the best way to overcome things. Whether the conclusions proves to help, deter or prove what you want to do is the worst choice, logical conclusions never fail for me.

you feel most confident when you're with someone who will like you whatever you do or say. I wouldn't say that you are scared, I'd say that you feel unconfident to a high degree and become so self consious that you begin to panic. all you have to do is feel more confident.
