after you pick red jalapeno peppers, can they be frozen or dried?

Either frozen or dried, I have tried both and would say they are equal.

Both actually. "De-vein" them before you freeze them. To dry, just make sure that they don't mold. You can make "chipotle" with red jalapenos. yum.

i don't see why not, they might lose their red colours but the flavour should still be preserved
