Nasty.. no.. inappropriate, Yes, time for your parents to have a talk with him about modesty and how inappropriate it is for him to be walking around in front of his sisters with out actual clothes on even if he is covered , it would be like u walking around the house in ur panties and bra, doubt ur parents would think to kindly of that, so let ur mom know it makes u feel uncomfortable..

I don't think so. It depends on the age and if he is trying to reveal any part of himself or not. Ask him to put clothes on next time you have friends over if it bothers you or any of them. Boys will be boys. You know?

no not being nasty just being a boy. boys don't think. they just do. and here's something to remeber, they don't change when they grow up. my husband still acts like a 14 year old. lol
