One of my younger brothers has been living permanently in the united states having diversity immigration visa since 2004. I want to live with my younger brother in the usa. Please advice me how can my brother will proceed the papers to bring me usa.

I don't know really, but I'm guessing you should be asking your brother this question since he's been through the immigration process already....

Your brother will only be able to petition for you once he becomes a US citizen. Even then, that category is so over-subscribed that it will be more than 10 years before you can immigrate.

But remember that YOU can try the DV lottery, too. Some people win on the first try, others play for several years before they win, but entering is free so why not try every year?

Doghorsemom is right... even if your brother is a resident he can't apply for you, an the visa bulletin is giving priority date to cases filed by citizens in 1993 or so... so u better get an American citizen fiancee... or a student visa...

Best advice would be to talk to a lawyer. He/She will have better information to help you. I can't really tell you how online or else all lawyers would go bankrupt.
