I am 40, why do younger guys hit on me more than men my age?

My last exs were in their 20's. My friends pick on me. They think I am seeking younger guys. I actually did prefered men my age or older, but once I get passed my friends picking on me, I found that we match up great. NO I am not an inmature acting 40 years old. I am level headed, hardly drink accept wine. I did find love with this last one he is 33. I wonder what is the attraction?

What's the problem? It sounds like you still got it at 40. You are picking up the younger men. There are some women who would feel giddy when a 20 something man was coming strong with his game. Seven years younger isn't that bad of an age gap where you are old enough to be his mother yet. Think of it this way when your friends pick on you for dating the guys younger than you are. They are just jeolous because you still have it and they don't. LOL

Usually a younger man chasing an older woman seeks maturity and stability an older woman can provide versus a younger woman or a woman his age. Older woman also come more experienced relationship wise and sexually than younger women.

Older women on the other hand may find younger men appealling because of the youth they exude. It gives them confidence that they still have that animal attraction. Younger men have more energy and vitality than older men or men their age.

I can theorize...

When I was younger (16 or so), I had a strong affinity for older women (30 or so). The conquest was "worth" more, the sex with better, the fringe benefits were more beneficial, and the mental maturity of the woman was more acutely in tune with mine.

Now that I'm older, younger women are looking gooood =D

So I think many guys just happen to like older women when they're young, and younger women as they age. More exotic ;-)

I find it's very normal to date someone younger. It's a free country... so what? Some younger men are quite surprising actually, I mean in terms of their maturity. They are more approachable compare to those who are at the same age. One most sexy thing about younger men is that they do not mind (not at all) hanging out and having a relationship with older women.

Its simple women hit their sexual peak at 40 according to some major US studies and men hit earlier in their 20's to late 20's. So more and more older women are getting younger men and they are finding it very compatible in the bedroom. My girl is eight years younger than me, I hope my heart can still take it when she hits 40 cause she is hard to keep up with now.

You are in your prime and you should simply enjoy it - - - - historically a five to seventeen year difference in age works out great - - - several famous acting couples were Him Younger - - - SHE Older - - - and it worked because SHE was Pretty and He had brains - - - actually they were well matched pairs.
